Details of Business
All manufacturing processes except wind mills remained closed from 29th September 2018. During 2023-24, the Company also disposed of its windmill and stopped operations in that segment. However, the Company has now gradually progressed into business activity of purchase and sale of goods and services.

1. C D Datwani, Chairman and Managing Director
A global businessman specialized in Projects implementation. He has over 3 decades of experience in plastics, formaldehyde and paraformaldehyde.
2. Saroj Datwani, Wholetime Director and CFO
A woman director, post graduate in finance, who has over 2 decades of experience in the field of accounts.
3. Mr. Devaraja Murthy Nagarle Kempegowda
Devaraja Murthy N K is a Board-certified Independent Director (IICA) and AI Enterprise Architect with 23+ years of leadership experience across enterprise technology, corporate strategy, ESG-aligned business models, and entrepreneurship. He brings a strong governance-first mindset, combining digital innovation, risk management, and sustainable value creation.
4. Mr. Mysuru Devaraju Dhanush
An MBA graduate from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has gained substantive knowledge in McKinsey’s 7S framework, SWOT analysis, cost control techniques and strategies of project marked. He has also gained knowledge of adoption of various management principles in financial and operational performance during his academic tenure.
5. Mrs. Madhura H G
A post-graduate in information technology from the Karnataka State Open University. She has rich experience in this field for over a period of 16 years.
